  • Q Can I get a discount for bulk orders?

    A Generally we have different sales promotion every month, our salesman will keep you informed of more details about it and the price of bulk orders will surely be much more satisfactory. Don’t hesitate to send us an inquiry and we’ll take good care of your business for sure. 

  • Q Is a signature required for shipping?

    A It depends on which express, like FEDEX, you can sign a contract with them for delivering parcels to your designated place if you are not at the shipping address, then do not need a signature. Sometimes, once packages leave our distribution they are not treated as recorded/registered shipments and therefore they don't require any signature upon delivery. Dear customer can ask your local express company for details. We can not be 100% sure, pls understand.

  • Q What Is The Minimum And Maximum Amount Of Steroid Powder I Can Order At One Time?

    Normally, our min.order quantity is 50g, but for some high value products, we can also accept smaller order below 50 grams, plz contact us freely for any order you want so that we can have a general conversation. And the more you buy the cheaper the price will be.
     
    We suggest the net weight of each package should be less than 1.5kg. But if your order quantity is more than 1.5 kg, we will split the goods into several packages and then send you separately.

  • Q How about parcel delivery success rate?

At present,the goods customs clearance rate we send to United states and Europe is 99%,  As for Canada, Brazil of quite high buckle close rate area, we also have new ways to get through the customs.     US Domestic shipment:
     
    We can guarantee our US clients 100% success delivery with our domestic shipping service, our partner in US is really professional and responsible. 

  • Q Do you provide US domestic shipping service?

    A Yes, currently our US warehouse is overall open, there are some regular and hot-selling products stocked in there. Products in the US warehouse could be shipped out to you as soon as the payment confirmed and the delivery time is about 2 days also there will be zero risk to you.  Accordingly, our partner in US warehouse will get some service charge, the specific cost is depended on your exact orders, contact us freely at anytime if you want to check the stocks in our US warehouse and you'll get our prompt reply.

  • Q How Long Is The Whole Process Of Ordering And Shipping?

    A Paid orders are processed and dispatched the same day, the normal delivery time is 7-11 days after payment. We are international source, the shipping can be affected by customs and sometimes shipping company's schedules. If for express other reason which delay delivery of goods, we will promptly track and communicate with you soon.  Your understanding will be highly appreciated.
